Dear J.Crew Factory:

When I see a random, enormous charge appear on my credit card bill from “Factory.com, New York, NY,” the most logical thing to do is panic and call my credit card company to tell them someone’s stolen my card.  (After all, someone did steal my card number and charge $600 at ice.com once.)

Halfway through the call, I remember that I was the person who stole my credit card and charged that enormous amount at J.Crew Factory online.

I apologize and awkwardly hang up.  And then I hate you for doing that to me.

Can you help a brother out?  How hard would it be to add your name before factory.com?

Regards, me
